Happy October!
We had another great week in room 12. This week we explored our senses and did our first ever science experiment! Ask your child about what we did today and what sense we used. HINT: Mystery Touch Bags.
We also did some writing and artwork inspired by the book Sometimes I Feel Like a Fox. Students had to think about an animal they sometimes feel like and then explain why they felt like that animal. For example, one student wrote, "Sometimes I feel like a turtle. I am slow and quiet." Ask your child what animal they chose!
We also went outside today to sketch the beautiful fall trees. The leaves are many colours and look beautiful.
