Happy First Day of School!
We had a great first day of grade one! We went on a school tour and went to a welcome back assembly. We practiced being respectful in our classroom and waiting our turn. We did first day self-portraits and completed sentence frames. We are beginning to learn the names of all our friends and are definitely coming out of our comfort zones!
SNACK
- PLEASE send your child's snack in a separate container. This will avoid confusion about which food is lunch and which is for snack.
REMINDERS
- Please complete all forms and send them to school with your child as soon as possible.
- If you have not yet sent in black dress shoes, please do so.
- We had some formal uniform pieces missing today. On formal days, students MUST have their green TLC sweaters with hem along with the other appropriate pieces. Details about uniforms can be found on the Le Roi Daniels website.
*Normally, I will only publish blog posts on Friday, however as in these first two weeks of school, I want to keep you up to date a possible, so there will be more posts.
